Mixed berry Scones
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- ½ baking powder
- 1 pinch of of Salt, ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon, & Vanilla Extract
- 1 stick of Cold Butter
- 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Blueberries and raspberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, on a non stick cookie sheet spoon equal parts of the scone mix (about 10-12) 2 inches apart. Bake 14-16 minutes until cooked through.
